If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account:

Include the subject line "Delete my Chronicat account". We process requests within 30 days.
Your cats and timeline events are stored on our cloud backend and synced to your device. Settings → Manage account → Sign out clears the copy cached on this device (including your locally-stored AI chat history and care reminder settings; photos you attached in chats may stay in the app's private storage until you uninstall the app) — it does not delete your cats or events from your account. The next time you sign in, your cats and events will reappear.
To actually delete your cats and timeline events, delete individual cats from within the app, or delete your account entirely (below) — there is currently no option to wipe all cat/event data while keeping the account.
